State of the Art Mechanical Facilities
Appropriate internal temperatures and a smoke-free atmosphere are integral elements of any successful place. All of Nile City’s buildings are therefore fully covered with a central air conditioning system and a state of the art smoke evacuation system. At the same time, 3,000 m3of concrete water tanks, supply all parts of the project with water through a copper piping network supplied by value tech Egypt.

has been established under the umbrella of the 6th of October Media Free Zone. Given its status as such, it provides many advantages to investors and to those interested in producing drama and other media forms.
On 24 February, 2000, a Cabinet decree was adopted approving the creation of a free zone in the Sixth of October City, to deal with art, drama and other forms of media productions. EMPC is media free zone’s major component covering a surface area of 3 million square meters.
